Payment Options
Online
Login to your account (using the email we have on file) and manage your account from home. Make a payment on the go by downloading the SmartHub app on your Android or iOS device.
By Phone
Call our main line at (800) 235-3848 or (850) 675-4521, and use our easy phone prompts to take care of business. Our automated phone payment system is available 24/7. Day or night, we are available to take a payment.
In Person
We’d love to see you! You can use our drive-through window or come into the lobby and chat with one of our representatives. We also have a 24-hour drop box, or you can drop your payment in the mail. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Auto Pay
Why remember to pay your bill when we can remember for you? We offer two simple autopay options: bank draft and credit/debit card. Sign up in your online account, using our automated phone system, or in person.
Financial Assistance
We’ve all hit tough times. And, when that happens to you, we want to help. If you find yourself unable to pay your electric bill, do not wait until your power gets shut off. Call us right away to talk about your options.

If you need more than a few days or fear you won’t be able to make your payment at all, there are several assistance agencies in the community that can help. Give us a call and we will help you get connected with an agency.
