Absentee Voting: April 1 - 24

For members who prefer to vote by absentee ballot, ballots can be requested in two ways:
• Call Member Services during regular business hours at 850-675-4521 or 800-235-3848 to have a ballot mailed to you.
• Visit EREC’s Jay or Walnut Hill office during regular business hours to complete a ballot.
If you would like to designate someone to pick up your absentee ballot, call an EREC office and provide their name. You will need the last four digits of your Social Security number, and the designee must present a photo ID to receive the ballot.

In Person Voting at Annual Meeting: April 25, 8 - 10 am Ernest Ward Middle School

Registration and voting begins at 8 a.m. The business meeting starts promptly at 10 a.m.
Trustee results are announced at the end of the meeting once tabulating is complete.
The meeting is at Ernest Middle School, 7650 FL-97, Walnut Hill, FL 32568.
The financial reports and business meeting minutes from last year’s annual meeting will be posted at the annual meeting and on the EREC website.
