New office hours starting January 2, 2026. Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed on Alternating Fridays Walnut Hill closed for lunch 12:00 p.m. - 1 p.m.
There will be a planned 15 minute outage on the Bratt Substation at 10 am. This will be for PowerSouth to adjust the voltage at the substation.

EREC offices are now closed until January 2nd. Billing Systems will be doing maintenance from 7:30 pm on Dec. 31 - midnight on Jan 1. Members will not be able to make payments during this time.
